<description>Interesting blog. I am a forty two year old wado ryu practitioner, kettle bell fan, and novice runner. I saw in one entry that you were going to start hydrating with gatorade during runs. I would recommend trying a product from the Hansens company called Recharge. It is a very simple formula:purified water, fruit juice, sea salt, and potassium. I was never able to drink gatorade without suspicion after seeing &quot;glycerated ester of wood rosin&quot; listed as an ingredient. I am not enough of a chemist to fully understand what that is, but I suspect that it is not part of the optimal human diet.

Happy training.
