Our goal is to raise $10,000 this year and have a team of at least 20 "plungers". We have supported the Special Olympic athletes for almost 15 years. The Polar Bear Plunge is the largest fund raising effort benefiting Special Olympics New Jersey in the state. SONJ provides year-round training and competition in 24 Olympic-type sports to more than 18,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The Plunge has helped to fund the creation of new programs, as well as expand existing programs. Please consider donating to this cause. No amount is too small.
